 - Created _changelog.txt
 - Created basis for website - example page, logo, colors, etc.
 - Header bar has functional buttons and drop down menu on desktop

 - Played around with the dropdown menus - still dysfunctional. Can't figure out font size for them and I need to disassociate the .menu li from the .menu and .menu li a for what I want to work to happen... That's an issue for tomorrow

 - Added link-blue color to incorporate hyperlinks throughout
